We invite final year Children's Nursing students and Registered Children's Nurses with experience to our market place event. Pre-Pin Nurses must be qualified by Autumn 2025 to be eligible to apply. We have opportunities in rotational posts, and for specific wards/departments including but not limited to; Children's Assessment Unit - A fast paced medical area, where you will gain a wealth of knowledge and skills in patient assessment. Ward E17 - Children's Renal Ward D34 and D35 - Across our surgical pathway you will be able to enhance skills in caring for patients covering a multitude of specialist surgery's including; cleft lip and palate, spinal, ENT, orthopaedic and gastrointestinal. Paediatric Critical Care Units - where you will have the opportunity to enrol on the structured foundation programme. Ward E39 - Children's Oncology Ward E40 - Children's Neurology and Spinal Ward D33 - General Medical We also have day case areas such as Oncology Daycare. If you are looking for an area to enhance your skills with a more regular working pattern, this Unit has a great balance of long days 8-8pm but no nights. Some weekend working maybe required.
