Key Responsibilities As a General Teaching Assistant, you will: Work closely with teachers to provide support in the classroom. Assist with lesson preparation and resource organisation. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed. Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment. Support students with additional needs, ensuring their full participation in lessons. Supervise students during break times, school trips, or other activities. Perform administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the classroom. About You We are looking for someone who: Is enthusiastic, patient, and supportive. Has strong communication and interpersonal skills. Enjoys working with children and is committed to their wellbeing and development. Is adaptable and willing to take on a variety of tasks. Has experience working in a school or similar setting (preferred but not essential). Holds relevant qualifications, such as GCSEs in English and Math (or equivalent).
