The role: The Senior Event Project Manager will lead on large-scale projects from start to finish, acting as the lynchpin on each project by coordinating event logistics, production, creative, and content. You will work with internal departments as well as external suppliers and venues. From concept to completion, you will manage the budget and ensure events are delivered on time and within budget.
About you: This role requires experience in delivering large-scale events and having worked in an events agency to understand the processes and pace. Budget management in excess of £250k and a strong logistics bias with experience in delegate management is key. You must be able to lead a large event project from start to finish, including on-site execution. The role requires a drive due to the locations of some events, with 2-3 days a week in the West Midlands office and the remainder remote.
