Job Title: Account Manager
My client in Aylesbury is looking for an Account Manager to join their expanding team. This role offers an exciting chance to manage a diverse client portfolio.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct on-site visits to build client relationships and address their needs.
2. Collaborate with various teams to directly impact client satisfaction.
3. Recruit and onboard new clients and team members.
4. Identify new opportunities for the business.
5. Participate in a 24-hour service call system, sharing on-call duties with your team.
Requirements:
1. Previous account management experience preferred.
2. Strong time management skills.
3. Passion for teamwork.
4. Willingness to learn and adapt, even without a sales or recruitment background.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm plus on-call hours.
