Preparing and amending/drafting legal documents. Managing correspondence with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders. Handling client enquiries and resolving queries efficiently. Maintaining accurate records and files. Diary management and appointment scheduling. We are looking for someone who has: At least 12 months in a conveyancing role. Highly organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail. A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite A team player with a positive and proactive attitude Ambitious and eager to learn with a desire to develop their career within a growing company.
