Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the customer base in the fruits and vegetable wholesale sector. Identify and generate new leads, converting them into long-term business relationships. Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Collaborate with the team to forecast sales targets and meet revenue goals. Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitors to optimize sales strategies. Experience Proven experience in a sales management role or similar position is essential. Strong supervisory skills with a focus on team management and leadership. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Time management expertise, enabling the effective handling of multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in retail management is advantageous but not mandatory.
