BCC is a Domiciliary Home Care and Supported Living organization with offices in London and other areas. We provide tailored support and care for vulnerable adults in the community. We are expanding our services to different parts of England and are currently in search of a compassionate, caring, flexible, and reliable Care Manager to join our team in the Camborne and Cornwall area.

Requirements:
1. Candidates must possess NVQ L3/L4 Diploma in Health and Social Care and potentially be working towards their L5.
2. Experience in a similar role or equivalent in health and social care.
3. Skills and knowledge in health and social care are essential, with a willingness to learn new things.
4. Good working knowledge of CQC essential standards and the Health and Social Care Act and Regulations.
5. Able to effectively manage staff, budgets, and resources, ensuring a cost-effective service that doesn't compromise on care.
Care Manager Day to Day Duties:
1. Providing a safe, caring environment.
2. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Writing detailed weekly or monthly reports.
4. Stepping in when Registered Manager is unavailable.
5. Working with HR and other departments efficiently.
6. Delegating tasks effectively to team members while taking responsibility for the outcomes.
7. Developing strategies for new projects, setting deadlines, and creating workflows.
8. Directing team members to follow company rules and guidelines.
9. Keeping records of all aspects of the service.
10. Summarizing team activities to keep senior managers informed.
