Responsibilities:
1. A field-based role, which will be operating remotely from the Edinburgh office overseeing a Field Sales Team covering the UK.
2. Develop a sales network for the UK wholesale business and develop key strategic partnerships in line with business goals.
3. Use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes in the UK market to provide innovative ideas for business growth. Strong communication and team management skills are also essential for this position.
4. You should aspire to develop and maintain successful relationships with large, nationally distributed customers and key independent stores.
5. Recruitment, training, and development of a team of Field Sales Operatives.
6. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies relative to each designated territory.
7. Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
