Senior Contracts Manager required in London
GVR Solutions are currently representing a well-established main contractor, based in Central London. They are on the search for an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join their growing team. As a £50m main contractor they undertake Refurbishment and Fit out projects in the Commercial and Aviation sectors with values up to £10m.
The Senior Contracts Manager responsibilities will include:
* Oversee multiple contracts
* Responsible for ensuring processes around mitigating risk
* Budget control (reported to by PM)
* Input with bid submissions
* Safeguarding business interests
* Client liaison and development
* Programme finalisation
Senior Contracts Manager requirements:
* IT literacy including Word, Excel & Email (Good level)
* Minimum HNC or HND qualification or NVQ Level 6 minimum
* Verbal & Written communication skills
* Excellent Health & Safety Skills
* Good Numeracy
* Analytical & problem-Solving Skills
* Effective Meetings
* Negotiation Skills
* Objective setting
* Recruitment and Selection
* Appraisal Skills
* CSCS Black Card Holder
* First Aid qualifications are ideal
* A degree/HNC in a related subject would be advantageous
* 5-day CITB Health & Safety Qualification
