CONTRACTS MANAGER: We are seeking a Contracts Manager to join a leading company in the renewable energy sector, specialising in offshore energy. CONTRACTS MANAGER ROLE: Managing and overseeing contract lifecycle, including negotiating, executing, administering, and closing out contracts Ensuring contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations Collaborating with legal, procurement, and project teams to mitigate risks and optimise contract terms Monitoring contract performance, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, and regulatory bodies Assisting in resolving contract disputes and claims efficiently Keeping up to date with changes in legislation and industry best practices affecting contracts and procurement CONTRACTS MANAGER ESSENTIALS: Proven experience as a Contract Manager in the renewable energy sector or a related industry Having a strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and risk management Demonstrating excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Managing to work under pressure and handle multiple contracts simultaneously Being familiar with regulatory frameworks within the renewable energy industry Holding a degree in Law, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred Holding professional certifications in contract management (e.g., CIPS, IACCM) is preferred but not essential CONTRACTS MANAGER BENEFITS: Offering a competitive salary and benefits package Providing opportunities to work on cutting-edge renewable energy projects Creating a dynamic and supportive work environment Offering career growth and development opportunities If you feel that you fit the above criteria then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
