We’re seeking an experienced HR professional to join our dynamic team and play a central role in our next growth phase. This role is perfect for someone who either already works as a Head of People or an experienced HR Manager looking for their next career step.
The Role
As Head of People, you’ll be a strategic partner to our Senior Management Team and an advocate for every employee. This role is more than just HR; it’s about driving culture, integrating new teams and acquisitions and embedding a forward-thinking people strategy that supports our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Organisational Development : Shape, implement, and continually evolve our people strategy to support our ambitious growth targets.
Culture Champion : Nurture our values and build an inclusive, collaborative culture where everyone thrives.
Acquisition Integration : Partner closely on M&A activities to ensure smooth integration of new teams, maintaining our unique culture while supporting growth.
Talent Strategy : Oversee recruitment, development, and retention strategies to attract top talent and create career pathways that inspire.
Leadership Development : Equip our leaders to grow alongside the business, building their capacity to inspire and empower their teams.
Data-Driven Decisions : Use people analytics, new technologies and automation to identify trends and to build a more resilient and adaptable organisation.
Wellbeing : Ensure that we support out employee’s health and wellbeing through a range of activities, initiatives and projects.
Generalist HR : Manage all areas of generalist HR support to our managers and employees.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about building and refining people processes in a growing company. You will be someone who values culture just as much as strategy!
Background & Experience
· A proven track record as a Head of People or a senior HR role within a scaling organisation.
· Experience in acquisition integration, particularly focused on cultural alignment and team development.
· Able to thrive in a fast-paced environments where adaptability and innovation are key.
· Passionate about creating an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing workplace.
· Skilled in organisational development and talent strategies to support growth and employee well-being.
· Confident in working at a senior level, balancing the need for the ‘sleeves rolled up’ approach.
