What we need
This position will involve managing and developing ROW Sales, strategically creating and implementing Country, Channel, and Partner specific business plans, negotiating pricing and promotional plans, monitoring competitor activity and market trends, supporting and motivating the field sales team and delivering sales growth and profitability across the accounts for all Telementum brands.

Key Responsibilities
* In conjunction with CEO define, develop, and prioritize the business strategy for Telementum’s Brands ROW sales. Responsible for delivery and success of the strategy.
* Drive senior level engagement strategy around Retail, Operator, and Distribution.
* Responsible for driving sales team’s management of cross-functional relationships with Key Partners.
* Manage and partner with distribution facilities bringing efficiency in cost and operation.
* Managing rollout and execution of aligned ROW Product Roadmap.
* Develop aligned pricing strategy, and maintain MSRP Pricing Structure.
* Ensure management and review of sell through data to identify new opportunities within existing product ranges.
* Develop in conjunction with CMO a defined Channel Marketing and Product Training plan.
* Ensure all key internal Telementum Brands stakeholders/functions are engaged in all relevant activity.
* Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
* Develop a trusted advisor and category leader relationship with key accounts, customers, stakeholders and executive sponsors.
* Managing the customer relationship through effective communication, and a pro-active approach to problem solving.
* Understand the customers' consumer demographic, what demographic targets they may have, and know their consumer segmentation to deliver a targeted sales approach.
* Identifying ways to grow customer accounts through new business opportunities and markets.
* Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs, requirements and objectives.
* Communicate clearly with internal departments, to ensure customer service standards on delivery timetables, product development and marketing plans.
* Forecast and track key account metrics including sell through data.
Requirements
* Senior level understanding of ROW Marketplace.
* Ideally key relationships with major accounts across all areas of the business.
* Ability to develop, grow and maintain brand within key Telementum Brands partners.
* Results and goal oriented.
* Successful track record in delivering high growth sales across emerging markets and ROW partners.
* Commercially aware, utilizing existing opportunities as well as new product sectors.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
