Our veterinary services provide essential care to pets whose owners meet specific criteria, ensuring no animal goes without the help they need. As a Hospital Services Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our internal teams and ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital. Whether it’s managing finances, ordering essential medicines, or organising the day-to-day administration, your work will directly enable our veterinary team to focus on what they do best caring for pets. This is a permanent role, working 35 hours per week over five days, Monday to Friday. Here’s what you’ll be doing: Managing financial processes, including cash handling, reconciliations, and a strong focus on debt management to help keep our services running sustainably. On site supervision and regular maintenance of IT equipment. Overseeing stock levels and procuring clinical and non-clinical supplies. Helping clients find workable solutions to their accounts queries Welcoming guests and conducting hospital tours. Providing valuable insights by collaborating with colleagues to produce key statistical information. Organising schedules for departments and meeting rooms, ensuring seamless coordination. Acting as a key facilities liaison, supervising contractors and ensuring smooth site operations when the Facilities Manager is unavailable. Ensuring accuracy in our Practice Management system by keeping data and price lists updated.
