Job Title : HR Business Partner - Organisational Development (OD) Plan
Location : NHS Trust, Birmingham
Contract : 6 months (Statement of Work), Outside IR35
Start Date : Immediate
A remote role with occasional travel on-site.
Key Responsibilities :
* Develop and implement an Organisational Development (OD) Plan for the NHS Trust
* Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
* Provide expertise on change management, employee engagement, and workforce planning
Requirements :
* HR degree or relevant qualification
* Proven experience in HR, OD, and change management
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* NHS Experience is essential
