As a call centre advisor, you will be working as a part of the patient services team to support the treatment of 100,000 patients across the UK. This includes, managing enquiries regarding medication, booking deliveries and coordinating prescriptions for our patients. You will also be responsible for sending letters to patients who we were unable to contact and provide updates to the hospital. You’ll be part of our contact centre that makes a real difference to peoples’ health, ensuring the customer service provided is best in class.
