HGV Technician | Telford
Salary: OTE up to £50,000 per annum
Working Hours: Various Shifts Available
Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM2:50 PM (including a 20-minute paid break)
OrMonday to Friday, 1:00 PM9:50 PM (including a 20-minute paid break)
Alternate Saturdays, 7:00 AM11:00 AM
Participation in breakdown cover on a rota basis
A leading commercial vehicle dealership is currently seeking an experiencedHGV Technicianto join their team at theirTelfordsite. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to a well-established organisation and work on a range ofHGV vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and repaired to the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct servicing, maintenance, and repairs on HGV vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
Participate in breakdown cover rota as required.
Perform additional duties as required to support business operations.
Candidate Requirements:Proven experience as anHGV Technician .
RelevantLevel 3 qualifications(or equivalent) in vehicle maintenance and repair (essential).
A full UK driving licence ( HGV licence desirable but not essential ).
Previous experience with commercial vehicles would be advantageous.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
