If you are this role will be perfect for you. This role requires a qualified teacher who is passionate about supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Day-to-day of the role: Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to secondary students with SEMH needs. Implement strategies to support the emotional and behavioural development of students. Work collaboratively with other staff members to create a supportive learning environment. Monitor and assess students' progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the school's SEMH provision. Required Skills & Qualifications: Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience in teaching secondary level students with SEMH needs is highly desirable. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to foster a positive learning environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, staff, and parents. A proactive approach and the ability to adapt quickly to the needs of the students.
