Our client is a Uber-fast-growing Amazon agency dedicated to helping brands thrive on the worlds favourite Digital Channel! They've taken the industry by storm over the last few years and 2024 was their biggest year to date, with 2025 expected to be even bigger and better!
This role will work with a passionate team of experts, they drive outstanding results and foster strong client relationships. As they continue to expand, they are seeking an Amazon Account Director to elevate their client services and team performance.
This role is truly one of a kind in the agency space - it's their most senior external hire to date - number two to a truly passionate, high energy, fun, friendly and commercially focussed founder!
It truly is a pivotal position at what is an exciting yet crucial time for the business. What excites me most about the job is it comes with a whole host of exciting responsibilities which will essentially allow the business, people and clients to level up - in order to allow the business to scale and achieve their ambitious growth targets and goals.

The Amazon Account Director will:
* Manage, mentor, and develop a team of super knowledgeable, bright, high energy and uber ambitious Account Managers, refining their skillset, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.
* Act as the primary escalation point for client issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
* Oversee and refine client strategies, driving growth and optimisation across accounts.
* Collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency, processes and streamline workflows.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Essential Skills:
* Proven experience in a client-facing role, ideally within an agency or e-commerce setting.
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a track record of managing teams successfully.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to client issue resolution.
* Knowledge of Amazon marketplace dynamics, including PPC, SEO, and product optimisation (preferred but not essential).
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
