The Role:
This is a stand out opportunity for a Financial Regulation lawyer to join this top 25 International law firm in the heart of Leeds.
The workload consists of all aspects of retail wealth and investments, including retail customer compliance matters, PE investment, M&A, asset sales, commercial arrangements, distribution, conduct, FCA engagement, capital requirements, remuneration and SM&CR.
You should have strong regulatory experience of retail wealth and investments, in matters ranging from customer and commercial contracts and new propositions, through to COBS, CASS and MiFID compliance and related regulator engagement.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. A qualified solicitor with 4+ years of PQE.
2. You will have good organisational skills.
3. You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
4. Excellent client relationship skills and experience in business development.
