Assist in the facilitation of engaging classroom activities while maintaining a positive and safe learning environment. Offer personal care support, including feeding, toileting, and hygiene assistance, as required. Implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with classroom teachers. Foster an encouraging environment that enhances student engagement and participation. Collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver comprehensive education and care. Qualifications : Experience working with children with special educational needs is advantageous, but not mandatory. Capacity to manage and respond constructively to challenging behaviours. Willingness to provide personal care as needed. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential due to the school's location and off-site activities.
