Due to continuing expansion our client, an international distribution company, is actively seeking a professional, dedicated and reliable Sales Office Manager/P.A. to supervise their Administrative and Sales Team and ensure daily office tasks are completed seamlessly. Reporting to the Managing Director, duties to include: Assign and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office and sales staff. Allocate available resources to enable successful task performance. Co-ordinate office & sales staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency. Evaluate and manage staff performance. Recruit and select office staff. Organize orientation and training of new staff members. Coach, mentor and discipline staff. Design and implement filing systems. Ensure filing systems are maintained and current. Establish and monitor procedures for record keeping. Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data. Design and implement office policies and procedures. Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures. Monitor and review internal processes. Implement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency. Prepare operational reports and schedules to ensure efficiency. Co-ordinate schedules, appointments and bookings. Handle customer inquiries and complaints. Manage internal staff relations. Maintain a safe and secure working environment. The Ideal candidate will have previous experience within an administrative and supervisory role and a background in print, promotional or advertising would be beneficial together with a working knowledge of a CRM/Database. You will demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively with excellent customer service/management and IT skills.
