We are recruiting Wellbeing Team Administratorswith a desire to make a difference, to work hard and to further their knowledge, skill and experience in a supportive and progressive environment.
Your focus in this role will be to provide a comprehensive range of administrative services to the Brighton & Hove Wellbeing Service.
* able to consistently deliver a patient-focused service, which promotes good customer service and effective working relationships.
* highly organised and focused with good attention to detail
* able to respond sensitively to phone calls from people who may be distressed or angry
* IT literate ideally with experience of using customer/clinical databases
