Job summary We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and dedicated Band 5 RGN/ODP who would like to work full-time in our Main Theatre Recovery room. We are looking for self-motivated individuals with excellent communication skills who thrive in a well-supported clinical environment, that aims for excellency of care under our Trust values and vision. We offer support for CPD through a range of courses, study days and online learning. Main duties of the job The post holder will be employed to work in the Recovery area of Main Theatres, providing immediate post anaesthetic care to a wide range of patients from all surgical specialties and Level 2 High Dependency Care for patients requiring more specialised extended recovery. The post holder will provide skilled specialist assistance in the delivery of high quality patient care within our theatres. In conjunction with the multidisciplinary team you will be responsible for the care and safety of our patients, implementing the Trust's core values. The post holder will be committed to providing research and evidence based practice whilst working as part of a multi professional team.
