Key responsibilities will include: Proactively address employee relations issues, from disciplinary matters to grievances. Coach managers around change management and performance management. Collaborate with the wider HR team to develop and implement innovative HR processes and initiatives. Communicate and implement HR policies and execute wellbeing initiatives. Drive the Global Mobility programme. The successful candidate will ideally have: Experience of working in a generalist HR role within a global organisation. Strong ability to collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholder groups. Exceptional communication skills. A strategic, analytical mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
