We are currently working with several Insurance Brokers who are looking for Commercial Claims Handlers, handling a variety of commercial claims including but not limited to Property, Casualty, and Motor Fleet losses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with a diverse range of commercial clients.
* Direct involvement in client communication, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
* Work closely with insurers to negotiate favourable outcomes for clients.
* Liaise with internal colleagues and other third-party suppliers to facilitate the claims process.
* Think independently and take initiative to achieve the best results for clients.
Minimum Requirements:
* A proven track record in handling commercial losses, ideally across Property and Casualty risks of various complexities.
* Strong ability to interact with clients, understand their needs, and provide exceptional service.
