We are looking for an ambitious, highly organised individual to join a team of staff in Keele University’s Keele Institute of Innovation and Teaching Excellence (KIITE). The Directorate is responsible for supporting portfolio development through curriculum and learning design, academic development through the delivery of HEA CPD and accredited programmes including the PGCert and enabling innovation in teaching and learning.
The post holder will provide administration support to a range of activities across KIITE including the new curriculum design sprint process to support programme design alongside a broad range of tasks required for the delivery of accredited and non-accredited programmes. This includes managing enrolments, updating the VLE, updating module handbooks, providing administrative support for exam boards and all other programme administration as required. You will also provide support for our Advance HE CPD offer and annual workshop programme.
This role requires a highly organised individual, experienced in helping dispersed teams run smoothly, and to enable the implementation of efficient project workflows and manage a comprehensive data repository.
You will be educated to A-Level and have experience working in a fast-paced environment, providing administrative support to a busy team across a range of functions on multiple projects. You will have experience of establishing and maintaining systems to record data across multiple projects (I.e., spreadsheets and/or databases). Ideally you will have experience of university systems such as SCIMS but this is not essential.
