Description
The Organisational Effectiveness Lead will:
* Work as part of an exciting change agenda to modernise ways of working in the people arena, to increase both employee and customer satisfaction.
* Contribute to a programme of organisational design & development initiatives .
* Take accountability for the development of an up-to-date jobs architecture and a whole business skills and capabilities framework.
Profile
The successful Organisational Effectiveness Lead should have:
* A background in organisational effectiveness or development
* Previous experience of designing and delivering either role architecture, or skills and capability frameworks
* Strong influencing & stakeholder management skills
* Excellent communication skills and an ability to break down complex concepts to engage different audience groups
* The ability to confidently lead projects end-to-end
* A drive to collaborate and co-create with a wide range of colleagues
* A strength in reasoned and logical decision making approaches
* Experience of applying systems thinking in project settings
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
* Previous experience in delivering HR led transformation projects would be advantageous
Job Offer
On offer for the Organisational Effectiveness Lead role is:
* A salary range of £45,000 to £55,000, depending on experience.
