Job Title: Field Service Engineer Location: Greater London Benefits: Competitive basic annual salary of £32K 4 weeks (20 days) paid holiday, increasing year on year Company van Full expense reimbursement Company phone with vend management software Extensive training and developmentDuties: Completing machine filters/de-scales Collaborating with the service desk daily Managing and recording service responses to machine breakdowns Performing necessary repairs and reporting major faults Using Vend Manager to respond to service calls and complete reports Completing all required paperwork to company standards Liaising with sub-contractors for certain machine repairs Installing machines, coin mechanisms, and card readers Registering equipment on Vend Manager or other software Ensuring customer satisfaction during and after installationsRequirements: Full UK driving licence DBS Certificate (the company can obtain on your behalf) 2-3 years' experience as a field service engineer Excellent customer service skills Strong external and internal communication skills Live locally to Greater London Experience with coffee and vending machines is desirable but not essential.
