Support a Client Manager with financial administration and Xero bookkeeping for a property letting portfolio.
We are a bookkeeping practice based in Uckfield, and in this role, you will be responsible for daily financial routines for one of our clients.
This includes:
* Managing the accounts email inbox
* Corresponding with customers and suppliers
* Processing financial transactions and reconciliations
* Preparing and submitting financial reports
As a Finance Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
