Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 6 Interventions Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our Year 6 students to provide targeted support and interventions, helping them to achieve their academic goals and prepare for their transition to secondary school. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality intervention sessions for Year 6 students. Assess students' progress and adapt interventions to meet their individual needs. Work collaboratively with class teachers and support staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student learning. Monitor and report on student progress to parents and senior leadership. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience working with primary-aged children, particularly in Year 6. Strong understanding of the Year 6 curriculum and assessment requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students.
