In this role you will:
* Embedded as a trusted voice in key influencer clients, you’ll own senior stakeholder relationships, guiding them on achieving business targets through influencer marketing. You’ll shape industry conversations by contributing to growth marketing and staying ahead of trends.
* Leveraging deep expertise, you’ll independently develop data-driven influencer strategies aligned with brand goals, market trends, and audience insights. You’ll conceptualize innovative creative ideas, ensuring campaigns resonate with target audiences and maximize platform potential.
* Leading report development, you’ll analyze consumer, category, and brand data to define influencer marketing’s role in driving growth. You’ll proactively keep clients informed on emerging trends, helping them capitalize on opportunities beyond initial briefs.
* You’ll challenge conventional thinking, bringing fresh perspectives to problem-solving and ensuring forward-thinking, impactful work. Beyond short-term goals, you’ll support clients in navigating long-term strategic questions, inspiring them with insights and innovative strategies to stay ahead.
* In pitches, you’ll provide strategic leadership, identifying audience niches and crafting influencer casting strategies. You’ll support the Client Service team in post-campaign analysis, identifying repeat business opportunities.
* Overseeing creative execution, you’ll ensure consistency with strategic objectives while optimizing platform selection for maximum impact. You’ll foster a high-performing, collaborative culture, driving creativity, excellence, and knowledge-sharing across teams.
* Driving upsell in pitches, you’ll develop big ideas that stretch budgets and deliver results. You’ll experiment with new formats, platforms, and creative approaches to keep campaigns fresh and engaging.
* As a leader, you’ll inspire and mentor teams, cultivating an environment where all ideas—grounded in data and insights—are encouraged. You’ll guide direct reports in unlocking their creative potential while continuously developing your own expertise.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Expert in Influencer Strategy with 8+ years of experience in integrated and omnichannel campaigns.
* Proven leadership, successfully managing, coaching, and developing direct reports.
* Track record of success in strategic influencer marketing with deep platform knowledge and production expertise.
* Strong understanding of social media, influencer trends, and digital marketing.
* Data-driven mindset, proficient in analysis, performance metrics, and reporting.
* Skilled storyteller, translating data into actionable insights.
* Solution-oriented thinker, adept at problem-solving for clients.
* Confident and engaging communicator with excellent presentation skills.
* Passionate mentor, focused on team growth, training, and process improvement.
* Creative innovator, bringing fresh, strategic problem-solving approaches.
