The post is fixed term due to a need to cover for absence.
We are seeking someone who:
* Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a recognised teaching qualification;
* Has experience teaching at the primary level, with excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum;
* Has strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging learning environment based on secure relationships;
* Has a passion for teaching and commitment to improving outcomes for all students;
* Has an ethos based in restorative practice;
* Is committed to remaining abreast of advances in research and practice within Primary education;
* Is a team player, treats everyone with kindness and is fully committed to our Christian ethos and school vision: ‘Working together, growing together, all to flourish’;
* Is enthusiastic and highly committed to overcoming barriers to ensure our pupils can flourish academically, socially, emotionally and spiritually.
