With a willingness to learn, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills and impeccable personal presentation. You will have a positive, can do attitude, always happy to go the extra mile. With guidance of supervisors you will become confident F&B Assistant with a good knowledge of food, local beers, ciders, quality wines and spirits, well versed in both classic and contemporary cocktails. To be able to make recommendations to our guests and upsell them to our premium products, demonstrate a strong knowledge of our food and beverage offering including provenance of product, allergies and dietary requirements. In line with the requirements of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
