Job Title: Accounts Payable Team Leader (12-Month Contract)
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Team Leader to join a diverse company on a 12-month contract. This role will provide essential support to the Financial Controller in managing the Accounts Payable function.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the accurate and timely processing, authorisation, and payment of all supplier invoices and employee expense claims.
* Train and develop the Accounts Payable team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
* Participate in initiatives to enhance and streamline accounts payable processes, such as invoice consolidation, standardization of supplier payment terms, and implementation of purchase orders.
* Act as a support and backup for the Transactional Finance Manager, and provide coverage for other Team Leaders as needed.
* Ensure quality standards are met in the accounts payable processes.
* Drive process improvements and oversee relevant projects to boost operational efficiency.
