Are you an ambitious leader ready to make a difference? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Headteacher for Behaviour to join our senior leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and drive whole-school strategies to ensure that every pupil engages positively in school life. The successful candidate will be a key figure in leading the culture and ethos of our school, ensuring high expectations for behaviour are consistently maintained. You will lead on systems, interventions, and staff development to secure excellent standards of behaviour, engagement, and inclusion. Woodfield Academy joined the Bordesley MAT from Easter 2022. We work closely with Trinity High School, Birchensale Middle School and Holyoakes First School in a very localised MAT focusing on the development of children in Redditch. Working together as part of the three-tier system we aspire to improve the educational offer for the local community.
