Admin Assistant
Salary: £30 - 35k
Location: Glasgow - Hybrid
Responsibilities:
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks
* Process invoices and purchase orders
* Ensure compliance from subcontractors and suppliers
* Support the commercial team during both pre- and post-contract phases
* Assist with orders for stationery and PPE
* Ensure timely submission of commercial reports
Qualifications and Experience:
* Education: A degree or diploma in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.
* Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in bookkeeping, invoice processing, and compliance management.
Skills:
* Strong organizational and time management abilities
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
