French or Spanish speaking Customer Service Advisor
Location: Omagh - Northern Ireland - County Tyrone
Salary: £28,000 per annum

The company:
A leading international company operating in the UK and Europe.
The role:
1. Provide high-quality customer service to new and existing clients in Europe.
2. Assist first-time customers with deposit and bidder number allocation.
3. Analyse data to identify new customer trends.
4. Support auction operations as needed.
5. Collaborate with other departments to maintain strong working relationships.
6. Some travelling to Europe may occur, particularly France and Spain.
The candidate:
1. Fluent in Spanish or French (written and spoken).
2. Additional fluency in German - Advantageous.
3. Previous experience in customer relations.
4. Strong problem-solving and workload management skills.
5. Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
6. Ability to compile and present data reports.
