3678 - Children's Community Sister/Charge Nurse Training Lead
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic paediatric nurse to lead the training for schools, nurseries, and cares in the Barnsley area.
This is a fixed term/secondment role for 12 months.
You will work Monday to Friday, core hours.
Main Duties of the Job
To assist in providing training to patients and carers/support services of children who are known to the Children's Community Nursing Service. This service will deliver care to children and young people with either complex needs or who need a timely telephone/face-to-face review after discharge from the Children's Ward/Children's Emergency Department/Children's Assessment Unit.

Qualifications
* RSCN/RN (Child)
* ENB 998 or equivalent teaching qualification
* Children's Community Nursing degree (or willing to undertake)
* Evidence of professional development
* Willing to undertake further professional development
Experience
* Significant current experience in a paediatric area.
