Brand Experience is a creative agency specialising in brand and digital work, with offices in Norwich, Manchester and London.
We are looking for a client service executive to join our client service team based in Norwich.
This role will support the rest of the client team in delivering best-in-class client service; and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
You will report directly to the senior client service manager and deliver campaigns within the client services team that support client growth and retention.
The role is hybrid, based out of our Norwich office. We also have offices in London and Manchester with the opportunity to work from all locations.
Key Role & Responsibilities:
Support the client services team to:
* Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients,always delivering the highest level of customer service possible.
* Work on and submitproject pitches, proposals and tenders.
* Build project quotes and book work in with the creative team.
* Plan project delivery,create schedules and ensure projects are delivered on time.
* Interpret briefs from clients and brief designers.
* Manage budgets on jobs, updating clients on additional costs when necessary.
* Invoice work as soon as the job/project/phaseis completed.
* Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
* Supporting Client Services Managers and SeniorClient Services Managers with daily campaign statuses and updates.
* Work on end-of-campaign reports alongsideClient Services Managers and SeniorClient Services Managers to ensure we exceed client expectations.
* Support the team in carrying out ad hoc tasks where required such as merchandise pricing, image licencing and research.
* Support the finance team in raising data exports from Synergist and managing monthly hosting retainer contracts and invoicing.
* General administrative support to the team, including travel logistics planning, office maintenance, answering phones etc.
Skills & Experience required:
* A genuine interest and passion for marketing, advertising and creative media.
* Ideally 1-2 years experience in a client service role within an agency (however applications will be considered based on previous internship/volunteering/extracurricular experience also.)
* Excellent time management and organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A desire to learn.
* High energy and ability to multitask, with proven ability to quickly prioritise across several projects.
* A proven team player, with a proactive and positive approach to achieving goals and supporting the work of others.
* The ability to build strong rapport and relationships with both colleagues and clients.

In the first few months, you would have:
* Met the team - spent time 1:1 with your line manager and other team members to understand how your role fits into the overall structure.
* Familiarised yourself with our key processes and master templates – specifically job quotes and project planning.
* Learned our key systems specifically Microsoft Teams, Synergist and Lucid (cloud server).
* Established topline knowledge and understanding of key clients, what they do and their target audience.
* Drafted a work package for a client project using our internal processes and platforms, worked on a creative brief and processed monthly invoicing for retainer clients.
