Part-Time Administrator – Flexible Hours – Up to £14 per hour

Are you an organised and detail-focused administrator looking for a flexible part-time role? We’re looking for a reliable and proactive individual to manage key financial and administrative tasks.
What’s the job?
You’ll work 18 flexible hours per week, between Monday – Friday, helping to manage our accounting and admin systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain the accounting system (Xero experience is a bonus but not essential)
-Manage financial transactions, including payments, records, and reporting
-Process payments and send reminders for overdue balances
-Complete daily and monthly bank reconciliations
-Keep track of receipts, invoices, petty cash, and credit card payments
-Oversee credit control and resolve account discrepancies
-Maintain employee records and prepare salary details for external payroll processing
-Assist with PAYE, VAT, and Corporation Tax payments
-Support with general admin and ad-hoc tasks
