The Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Targeted Support Manager (Risk Outside the Home/Adolescent Safety) to join our Front Door Team on a one-year fixed term contract basis. In this role, you will: lead the coordination of the Adolescent Safety Framework from the Front Door lead the implementation of workforce and partnership development relating to Risk Outside the Home (ROTH) Manage a small team focused on responses to Risk Outside the Home (ROTH) and Missing support partners with contextual safeguarding responses to Risk Outside the Home (ROTH) support threshold and statutory social work responses co-ordinate wider context based responses such as place, school, peer group based interventions Support Innovation and non-traditional partnerships that promotion safety will also support to lead our response to children missing from home and education Key Responsibilities: Targeted Support Manager as part of the front door team-with a focus on Adolescent Safety Co-ordination of the adolescent safety response and support for partners Oversight of the co-ordination of the children missing from home and education response and the missing co-ordinator This position is exempt under the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions) Order 1975 and is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check. Training is provided to help balance work-life and manage time effectively, with an emphasis on communication for team touchpoints and planning in-office days for collaboration. About You We are looking for an individual who is passionate about partnership working, supporting adolescents and addressing contextual harm, and who possesses the following skills and experience: Essential Criteria: Qualified Social Worker Experience of working with adolescents Knowledge and understanding of contextual safeguarding Ambitious for children and young people Valid driving licence and own transport, or be able to provide alternative, suitable method of travel is an essential condition for this role.
