We are seeking a Network Coordinator tosupport the PCN Clinical Director, Manager, and Management Team by providingefficient secretarial and administrative services in a fast-paced environment.
This is a hybrid role, working one day a week in the office.

Job responsibilities
The successful candidate will learn to manage a range ofadministrative tasks, which include:
1. Diarising and administrating meetings
2. Minute taking
3. Ensuring action log items are progressed
4. Organising and managing Protected Learning Time and PCN-wide training events
5. Some function coordination
6. Supporting the induction of new members of staff
7. Compiling newsletters and PCN-wide communications
8. Compiling reports
9. Conducting searches
10. Ensuring information is recorded and filed correctly
11. Ensuring distribution lists are kept up to date
12. Communicating risks and issues
13. Project administration
14. Rota Preparation
This post may entail some patients communication asrequired to support access, the services and support they require to understandand manage their own health and wellbeing, referring to social prescribing link
You will work across all PCN practices and must haveexperience with EMIS clinical systems used within primary care settings.
The interview process will consist of first and second interviews including some scenario-based questions as part of the shortlisting process.

Essential
30. GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C or above (or equivalent)
