Your new role
As a Risk andpliance Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of the organisation's operations. You’ll collaborate closely with the Risk andpliance Manager to ensure thepany adheres to all relevant regulations and industry best practices. Your responsibilities will include risk assessments, policy reviews, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Risk Assessments: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
2. : Review and enhance existingpliance policies and procedures to align with industry standards.
3. Internal Controls: Assist in implementing and monitoring internal controls to safeguard against risks.
4. Training and Education: Support training initiatives to ensure all staff members understandpliance requirements.
5. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports, maintain records, and ensure accurate documentation.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote a culture ofpliance.
What you'll need to succeed
7. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in risk management orpliance roles within the financial services industry.
8. Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant regulations (, FCA, AML, GDPR).
9. Analytical Skills: Ability to assess risks, analyse data, and propose effective solutions.
10. Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach topliance matters.
