Location: Gloucestershire
Up to £25,000
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary contact for event-related queries, delivering accurate information and exceptional customer service.
2. Organize online events on designated platforms, including communicating log-in details and technical requirements to speakers.
3. Prepare and distribute delegate badges and event materials.
4. Report on event outcomes to evaluate the department's performance.
5. Enhance event success by managing on-the-day responsibilities.
About you:
6. Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
7. Experience working in an events environment, particularly with online platforms.
8. Excellent written communication and customer service skills.
9. Detail-oriented and personable.
10. Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and experience with mail merge functionality.
11. Previous hospitality experience is a must!
