What the Job Involves The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support within the Business Support & Transformation Department, located at Coed Pella. You will coordinate the work of a small admin team, allocating tasks and ensuring deadlines are met. Your job entails a range of clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and managing spreadsheets. You will be responsible for maintaining data systems and ensuring compliance with Data Protection regulations. Acting as a point of contact for the line manager in their absence, you will play a key role in organizing and canceling appointments, taking minutes at complex meetings, and handling communications in both Welsh and English. You are expected to foster good working relationships, uphold health and safety practices, and contribute to the development of office procedures. This position demands an individual ready to handle everyday tasks while maintaining a clean, professional office environment.
