We're looking for a skilled and proactive PA / Administrator on behalf of a thriving local business, known for supplying an exciting range of high-quality products to major retailers.
The successful candidate will provide essential support to a team of Directors and colleagues across the business, ensuring that clerical processes run smoothly and that any administrative problems are identified and resolved as quickly as possible.

Working hours Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

As PA / Administrator, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:
Supporting three Directors by providing diary management, expense reports, and admin duties
Assisting other teams within the business with day to day admin, compiling reports in Excel, creating presentations in PowerPoint and managing ecommerce orders and the despatch of goods
Carrying out some administrative tasks in accounts (filing invoices, purchases etc)
Liaising with visitors, arranging hospitality and carrying out general housekeeping
We're looking for a PA / Administrator with the following skills and experience:
Previous experience in a similar administrative role within a busy office environment
IT Proficient with good knowledge of MS Office
Well organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask with good attention to detail
Positive and helpful; enjoys working as part of a collaborative and helpful team
Must have a full, clean driving licence for the requirements of the role
