Purchasing Administrator: Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator looking for a part-time role and like the idea of learning about purchasing and procurement? We’re looking for a Purchasing Administrator to support the Production Director with essential purchasing tasks for this bespoke timber window and door manufacturer. GENERAL DETAILS Part-time – 16 hours per week (ideally over 4 days / between office hours) Office-based role, Queensbury, Bradford £12.21 per hour Employers Pension Contributions 21 days annual leave bank holidays Leave days are pro-rata for 4 days. Holiday year runs from Jan-December. The company has a free onsite car park and located within easy walking distance of the bus network. Key Responsibilities: Placing orders with suppliers Receiving and matching order confirmations Checking prices against system costs Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring timely arrivals Assisting with general purchasing administration as required What We’re Looking For: Previous administration experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organisation and communication skills Good IT skills and previous experience of using MS Office Knowledge of Sage would be helpful.
