We’re looking for a creative weapon. Someone who doesn’t just post content — you create it. You live and breathe social media. You’ve got a sharp eye, strong opinions and care about the equestrian space. If that’s you, keep reading.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Filming, editing, and producing social-first content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook (with potential to expand to YouTube and LinkedIn).
2. Confident behind the lens — and comfortable in front of it too
3. Creating short-form videos, long-form content, stills, behind-the-scenes, and everything in between.
4. Supporting organic and paid social strategies.
5. Creating campaigns and content calendar planning.
6. Spotting trends and tailoring them through a brand-first lens.
7. Organising content shoots with our sponsored riders.
What we’re after:
8. A strong portfolio — client work, your own projects, whatever shows your style.
9. Confident shooting, cutting, and delivering content on your own.
10. Comfortable using tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.
11. A calm head, a sharp eye, and a sense of humour — we care deeply about our work, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously.
Bonus points if you have:
12. Experience with paid social (or a solid interest in learning)
13. The confidence to push back when ideas aren’t good enough — and the creativity to offer better ones.
Perks:
14. Private healthcare
15. Company pension
16. Employee discount
17. On-site parking
