What are we looking for?
We are looking for a driven, flexible, and agile Customer Services Assistant who will work within our Customer Services Team on a 6-month fixed term contract. As the first point of contact for customers, you will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised and have a keen eye for detail.
You will need to work well under pressure, be able to manage your own workload and take a proactive approach to resolving customer enquiries across various channels including telephone, email, and messaging platforms.
You will join a high performing team who deliver an outstanding service to our customers.
