Job title: Area Sales Manager (Field Sales, Territory Manager, Sales, B2B)
Start date: October 2024
Work Location: Your area would be LL, SY, TF, WV, WR, DY, B & WS (Ideally you will live in or around Telford, Shrewsbury or Wolverhampton as this is central to the territory)
Hours: 40 hours per week (Mon – Fri)
Salary: up to £35,000.00 OTE (basic + bonus) Company Car, Benefits + Pension

The Role:
The Area Sales Manager for this territory will report directly to the Head of Sales.
Key responsibilities and attributes:
* Manage and develop the existing account base whilst actively seeking to develop new business across your territory.
* Promote the Company’s brand, product and quality when liaising with potential and existing customers.
* Be a self-motivator and sales driven with the desire to meet and exceed targets.
* Adapt your approach to customers to offer bespoke services to a varied account base.
* Utilise the head office Internal Sales team to service existing customers for regular orders.
* Participate in arranged conference calls and head office meetings.
About You:
The ideal candidate will live central to this territory and have a strong FMCG territory sales background. Experience of selling vape products is highly desirable.
* Successful track record of meeting sales targets
* New Business driven
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to seek out and maximise new business opportunities
* Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
* Methodical approach with great level of accuracy
* Experience managing new business from initial contact through to completion
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Experience of Salesforce CRM
